The opportunities to hone leadership skills, challenge yourself, and become involved and network with alumni while in undergrad are endless. One thing I did notice is that there is SO MUCH offered, but YOU have to take advantage of the opportunities. Participate in intramurals and meet other people. Go to the big events each year - International Banquet, Midnight Madness, Portfolio in Motion, Snowball, Homecoming. There are also almost always athletic events going on each week, so it's easy to get out and support the athletes who might live in your hall. The family atmosphere doesn't disappear when you graduate. Your classmates and teammates will be friends for life.
