The only thing I didn't like about this university was paid parking. I even had to work part-time in North Carolina as an assistant in an equestrian complex , just to not deny myself a parking space. |
Major: Unknown (This Major's Salary over time)
I left UNCC last ear to pursue a different way of accessing a much more lucrative career. With required travel and tuition at this alternate method, It actually costs less that UNCC. Maybe if one is into engineering, UNCC is a good place to study. For me, I felt the environment stifling, the teachers unhappy, and the students preoccupied with their off-campus jobs. Really good teachers b*tched about being adjunct teachers with no benefits. Because UNC is a state funded school it accepts everyone in the state. Be prepared to attend a class with the blind, the crippled, and the crazy. (That does not include the faculty). Bottom line: you will be better off sticking your nose into one of the noisy buses that delivers a lot of the people who attend UNCC.Don't get me wrong. This is a great school for a certain kind of person, but it's not for me.
