Major: Biology (This Major's Salary over time)
Its gotten pretty overcrowded. Most freshmen that dorm are tripled so try to move in as early as possible or you will not get a desk [there are only 2 per room]. Its a very big school, so you are just another ID number. I transferred to a smaller school where its more personal. Science classes were huge and were held in lecture halls with about 100-500 people, which made it easy to fall asleep. Recitation is held by a lot of TAs that don't know English or don't know how to teach. There are a few very bright people, particularly those that are in the Honors College, but the vast majority are lazy idiots, since it is not a very hard school to get into. Stony Brook works for some and makes it easy for others to transfer.
