Stony
Brook's Computer Science program was outstanding academically. It has a
great reputation in New York, so there were lots of
job opportunities for me. I found there were many
talented students in my classes, which raises the level of
a program. So, this is a great program if your
goal is to educate yourself and have a career/make money/etc.
The University has improved the look of the campus, but
it still needs to work on that. It needs better
architecture, especially for the dorms, and it needs to be
integrated better with the surrounding communities.
