I am about to finish my first semester of Syracuse and I can honestly say it has been the worst four months of my life. There is a massive problem with this school. I am a film major and although most of my classes have been pretty good and I have had some very passionate and intelligent professors what it comes down to are the students. All the people here are so unbelievably self absorbed and shallow I can't take it anymore. All the girls are too busy talking about how amazing the Greek life is and most of the guys here are just fucking stupid. THe New house kids are pompous and annoying for no reason what so ever. YOU ARE STUDYING JOURNALISM A DYING PROFESSION YOU ARE NOT SO AMAZINGLY SMART. ITS NOT LIKE YOUR STUDYING ROCKET SCIENCE ITS FUCKING JOURNALISM ITS NOT THAT HARD GET OVER YOURSELVES.

I think like 40% of the student body is in Greek life and thats just disgusting. These kids don't even realize that they are experiencing nothing of the real world. They are gated into this fucking hill and no one ever leaves unless they go to the fucking mall. Everyone is immature and spoiled. A few days ago I saw a bitch crash her rangrover and she got out and didn't even care thinking to herself

This place is terrible and the people who like it here are just stupid they really are. I'm not exaggerating everyone here is just so stupid. You will suffocate from the stupidity of the students here. The only people who I have met who have been real also fucking hate it here and want to leave. This is a breeding ground for future the Real housewives of upstate new york. I hate this place more than anything. And i can't wait for this year to be over so I can get the fuck off of this god damn hill.
