Positives: It is an inexpensive school, and a good place to make valuable local business connections. Negatives: The area and campus are unsafe, poorly lit and located in a high-crime area. The faculty leaves something to be desired in terms of lecturing, research and credentials. Also, the amount of red tape required for any administrative function is unbelievable.
