I
can't emphasize how bad this “University” sucks. Future Christian Hopefuls,
BE FOREWARNED!! The music department is in such shambles
they can't get anything straight!! The department head is like
85 yrs old and bases her decisions on the whining
of overbearing parents and self-entitled students. I have personally heard
her make bigoted and ignorant comments about her own teachers.
They need to demand someone new take this position,
It's WELL OVERDUE. I bet I could get the signature
of every student and teacher on a petition.
The
only person you can get a straight answer from on
the department is Patti the secretary. If I could describe
the department in one word it would be: TRAINWRECK.
I spend thousands of dollars a year on this
ridiculously, overpriced education and they go and fire the only
voice teacher that can teach!!! SHAME ON YOU!! This voice
department is a complete joke!!! They don't give you an
honest education in the arts- they won't open doors for
you- they don't support their educators, and they CERTAINLY don't
uphold Christian Values.
RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN! In addition to all of this, Ignorance and intolerance
is prevalent on this campus, Campus life opportunities are
few, and the food plans are awful and expensive.
