Major: Journalism (This Major's Salary over time)
I love the UO. It's the people that make this university. I guarantee that once you leave, you'll miss this place. The students are friendly, the faculty are helpful and the education school, business school, architecture & journalism are ranked higly in the nation.I wouldn't really say there's much to do on weekends or places to go to in Eugene - but you will absolutely love the people you meet here. Oregonians are generally good hearted - and you meet such a wide variety of students. From rich Beverly Hills / Hollywood kids, snooty sorority & fraternitity students, raging hippies, international students, loud activists, Bible crazed Christians to simply being yourself.I love this place and I know you will too.BAD: Rainy weather, small town, expensive out-of-state tutionGOOD: People, faculty, excellent campus resources, beautiful campus
