Drexel University is outstanding.  And honestly, anywhere you go there are inevitably going to be pros and cons.

The campus during the spring/summer time is so vibrant and lively.  People are always everywhere throwing footballs, playing frisbee, running, whatever.  The food at the dining hall is NOT that great, but whatever.  As long as you don't get the Gold meal plan, you won't really have to eat there too much.  And you're in Philly!—there are so many good restaurants to go find and try, forget campus dining, go explore.  I love athletics and even though Drexel doesn't have a football team, the basketball team gets everybody hyped!  The games are crazy!  And Drexel's Dac Pack is by FAR the best out there—we kill it every game night.

I'm an engineering major so my degree at Drexel is definitely a great focus and is very rigorous.  I honestly would not come here if I was a liberal arts major like English or Dance..  there are definitely better, less expensive schools for that.  But, programs like engineering, nursing, business, fashion design, fashion merchandising, and all the sciences are amazing here.  The labs are top-notch and you are getting your moneys worth.

The negative comments on this site are probably by losers that sit in there room and do NOTHING.  Philly is amazing, Drexel is amazing.  If you want a REAL college where the parties are fucking crazy on the weekend and you study like no other during the weekday, then come to Drexel!
