Where to begin…Competitiveness: This school is not competitive at all. The reason I attend E-town is because I slacked off in high school and ended up with a 2.8 GPA and had very limited options. The very low selectivity level of the school is reflected in the students. They have no motivation/passion for a good education. Social Life: The The guys are borderline mentally retarted meat heads. The girls are horribly unattractive. For a school with a ratio of two girls for every guy its amazing that there are so few attractive girls. Its like high school in a way that theres one really attractive freshman girl and everyone knows who she is. The parties are very lame. They're either big house parties that get busted all the time or small boring dorm parties. The college is named after the small, almost non-existent town that has a few restaurants and a good donut shop. Also, its located in the middle of Pennsylvania just outside of amish country.Athletics: Terrible also. The guys soccer team isn't bad so if you like watching division three soccer you might get a little entertainment out of that.Diversity: What? Doesn't exist here.If you are not an intelligent person, enjoy being in the middle of nowhere, chew tabacco, watch nascar, and want a school thats less challenging than high school then come to Elizabethown. Otherwise, you will not be happy here like myself. Fortunately I worked hard here and got close to a 4.0 so I can transfer to a more competitive/urban school.
