This is my first year at Lehigh, I am a coming up on my junior year as of Fall 2010 and feel that I have finally chosen a school that I am satisfied with. The math department in general sucks, there are a few good teachers that really know what they are talking about. Unfortunately you are stuck in the basic classes the teachers that are just awful. Once you get into smaller classes, the professors are teaching what they enjoy and you can tell from how they are in classes. It is unfortunate that you have to go through the earlier stages of pure crap, mainly Calc I,II,III, to get to good classes with teachers who can teach the subject well.

As for the social life, I am on a sports team. There is always something going on with them, and it is not just exclusively for teammates. I would say though that you have to at the very least drink sometimes to enjoy this school, as it is such a huge part of the frats and even the athletic teams.

Overall i would definitely go here again, just wish it was the 1st year as well instead of transferring in.
