Penn is an ideal school for those seeking a superb education in a vibrant city who want to remember their college years as a time of both monumental learning and incredible fun.Consider what it is your are actually looking for in a school. I strongly advise that you do not submit yourself to the agony that is a tiny school. The reasons for this are practically endless, but for starters YOU DON'T KNOW WANT YOU WANT TO DO! Remove the idea from your head that you were born to be a doctor, lawyer or whatever else. Do NOT be that nave 18-year-old who thinks they've got it all laid out. If you go to a some ridiculously small place and you suddenly decided you're real passion is cognitive psychology, you are likely to realize that all the nice professors and small classes in the world do not make up for lack of variety and depth in the school. In terms of Penn specifically… there is no type here; all the talk about diversity is just plain true. Anyone can find their niche here, so don't worry about that.
