I love Pitt, everything about it is so wonderful and I couldn't have chosen a better school. Yeah, we kind of have a reputation for drinking a lot, but I mean what college doesn't? Most of what college is is drinking, and like honestly, I would be so bored if we didn't have such an active social scene. Some of my best memories have been at parties. The school's education is great, the people are wonderful, I have made the best friends of my life here and I wouldn't trade a moment of it.

Pitt is what you make of it, if you sit back in your room and don't join anything, you are going to be miserable. If you do not go out and take initiative in making friends, guess what, you're not going to have any! So if you come here, get involved!!! We have a wonderful greek system, great clubs and so many other things to do that it is hard NOT to be involved in something!

I have been accepted to pitt! I don't know if the large public school is what I'd like but I want a school that I can go out every weekend. Are there a lot of parties at pitt? I'm not looking to rage 24/7 but if there's always something available that'd be great.
