After reviewing several comments on BJU from several recent grads and current students I thought it appropriate to comment myself as a grad who has a bit more life experience. I am a CPA and have been so for almost 20 years. It is my opinion that university study is most important to prepare one for life and its struggles and successes and BJU prepares one exactly for that. I had some challenge with the accredidation issue but with some explanation, I was accepted by both my state society of CPAs and also the AICPA upon passing the exam. Although many students/graduates/outsiders seem to dwell on rules and regulations at the university, I found that it has prepared me for life in specific. For instance, all laws of out land I dont particularly agree with, however, I must abide by them…same with the university. If I wish to make myself miserable by dwelling on them, then that is my choice. I felt that I would try to understand them, try to agree with them and if not, still treat those rules with respect. I guess the university provided me with an excellent education but more importantly, taught me to think! What more could anyone ask of an educational institution?

Except that the laws of our land do not ban you from listening to every notable genre of modern music, do not have the extensive search and seizure laws that BJU has over its students, and do not generally impose the kind of militaristic atmosphere BJU does. The secular laws of the United States have very little relation to the United States.

Also be aware that American national, state and local law is subject to free public criticism and can be changed. BJU offers no such platform for dissent. It is very misleading to say America's laws are like BJU's, because not only do America's laws not invade private lives like BJU's do, it is not your duty to unquestioningly obey- a attitude I have seen from more than one pro-BJU reviewer on here.

I also belong to this university 2 years ago. The teaching and the training given by this university is quite awesome. Even I also got and job in scribendi service reviews from the campus placements over here. And the explanation of the subject, as well as the practical experiments conducted by them, are quite easy to learn.

I have my doubts about the value of an education from a college that was proudly unaccredited until 2016 or so, had a ban on interracial dating until 2008 or so, and is generally stricter than West Point. These people were giving Biology degrees while teaching evolution to be a lie. There really is nothing that BJU can offer that could not be obtained elsewhere.
