I absolutely adored my years at Clemson. From a social perspective, it is a wonderful school. I didn't participate in Greek life or any major organizations for that matter. But, I did meet phenomenal people in my years of Clemson. They are some of the greatest people I've ever known. If you go to Clemson, you have to be willing to put yourself out there and just be social. Talk to the person sitting beside you in class. Don't be a hermit, Clemson has lots to offer you. The sports are great fun, especially football, but nothing beats a Carolina Pride hot dog and a hot summer day at Doug Kingsmore Stadium. Tailgating is an institution for most sports at Clemson. The bars, while sparse in number, are fun social settings.

Academically, I found a nice variety of classes. I took classes required for my major, just for fun classes, and everything in between. I find that a lot of majors at Clemson have lots of movement in what you can take to satisfy your degree requirements. I think Clemson is expanding in both amount of offered classes and variety. I've also found that many people are very impressed by my Clemson education. Clemson is a highly respected institution.
