When I visited this school my junior year in high school, I thought that Coastal was the best college in the world. I then preceded to attend and I absolutely hate it. When I was visiting it, I really only noticed how beautiful the campus was and nothing else. Honestly, anyone can get into this school. Some girl that I was helping did not even know what an introduction or conclusion was… Also, everyone that seems to go to Coastal is looking for a party school when in fact it isn't. Of course it is probably better than some schools, but the parties are sketchy and not fun. Being so close to the beach is also nice and I do enjoy that factor, but the actual school is not worth the money that I am paying since I am out of state. My advice for any one thinking about attending CCU as a freshman would be to not go there. It is definitely not worth it and the majority of the freshman class want to transfer. The people who have been accepted here worry me; how am I going to the same school as some of these people? Definitely transferring.
