Major: Biology (This Major's Salary over time)
While my initial shock of UH was the rigor of the coursework for a BS Biology major, it was ultimately valuable in the workplace. I would've liked more variety in areas of specialization for bio majors. Curriculum was very regimented and this made the major exhaustive to the point where I didn't enjoy it towards the end. Some professors & TAs did not speak English as their native language which made the learning process harder than normal. Bio Labs were clearly outdated…not sure if this has changed.
