if you are wanting a party school, DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT come to Wayland!!!!!!!!!!! There are NO parties AT ALL!!! If you want to party, and you do decide to go to Wayland, then you will need to party in Lubbock, which is about 50 miles away or Amarillo, which is about 75 miles away. Texas Tech and Lubbock are always having parties so you would need to go there. If you are looking for a school where EVERY student knows pretty much EVERYBODY, where faculty will allow you into their homes for help, where a solid CHRISTIAN education is the PRIMARY focus, then this is the school for you…
