I always saw the campus because I live down the street. I didnt want to go to Texas Tech beacue the cost it too great so I applied to Wayland. At first I thought the faculty was going to be rude and have a "holier than thou" attitude. That totally wasnt the case, whenever you see them they greet you with a smile and some of them even call you by name.My advisor and financial aid advisor are so freindly and so helpful they tell me about new loans and grants that pop up that I may not know about but could be eligible for. The teachers are great and the other students are nice. The classes here at the Lubbock campus are only 1 night a week from 6-10 and the semesters are only 11 weeks. I dont know if thats how it is in other external campuses but its a real plus for me since I work all day. I would reccommend this school to my friends.
