Community is the first word that comes to mind. People here are as friendly as they come. Everyone holds the door for everyone and SMILES are everywhere on this beautiful, gree campus. I have met some of the most amazing people here…TRUE friends for life. Academics are challenging and I am learning a lot about myself. I am building myself strong and the social opportunities ARE here. I am more out-going and having more than I did in high school at William and Mary. There are so many things to do (300+ clubs and organizations and a great Greek Life) that it can be tough to keep up with the demanding academics. I chose William and Mary because of the people and I love William and Mary because of the people. If you want to blow away college and just have fun, do NOT come here. You will probably fail out. You are going to have to work hard if you want to succeed here, but it's worth it. I am developing my mind and my heart through my classes and activities and the people that I know. I am glad that I chose William and Mary and can't believe how quickly this year went by. I know that I will graduate from the 2nd oldest college in the nation with a SOLID base of skills in all different areas that will help me to succeed while having had a blast each week. If anyone has any questions, throw me an e-mail and I will help you out.Tribe Pride Like Whoa,7-11 guy, "Glass Joe", '07
