Major: Computer Engineering (This Major's Salary over time)
UVA is a great school. It's ranked #1 in the nation among public universities(tied with Berkeley) for a reason. If you get in here, DO NOT turn it down. 12,000 apply every year, 3,000 or so get in. 30% is very low for a public university. Charlottesville may not be the biggest city ever, but there definately are things to do. And, I've yet to meet a person that was really unfriendly. Most people will say 'hi' at least if you speak to them on the street. Courses in Engineering(my current major) are INCREDIBLY hard and require a ton of work. About 400 get in every year. 40% drop out by the end of the second year.
