Virginia Tech is an extremely nice campus.  The whole town is a community and it feels smaller than it actually is.  The football and sports are great here and there are so many different clubs and activities available for students.  I feel very safe here at Virginia Tech despite it getting a bad rep.  The nightlife is pretty good if you can make friends.  The campus is beautiful, especially in the summer when there is almost always no clouds in the sky.  The surrounding Appalachian mountains provide some amazing outdoor experiences if you are willing to travel off campus.
