I have found many good friends at Bennington and have always felt very challenged in my classes. The campus is beautiful and easy to get around. The main reason I came to Bennington, however, was for the Field Work Term. So far I have had two. The first one I spent in NYC building sets for a theater. It was an incredible experience for me as it was directly related to what I would like to do for a career eventually. Many of my friends from Bennington were also in NY for FWT so the social life was amazing. For the next one I went down to New Orleans to help rebuild. I have met terrific people and feel like I have done something really important. I am already thinking about next year and will probably go abroad. Bennington is a small college, a small campus, but with FWT the whole world is potentially open to you for seven weeks every year. I love it!!
