For
undergraduate education, WWU is in many way better than the
University of Washington. There were not too many TA's
and you'll actually find tenured professors teaching.
It has been
many years since I graduated but I have found all
of the (I mean all) CS graduates to be able
to perform at a high level. I can't say the
same thing for some of the UW and WSU graduates
I met.
