MSOE
is an excellent school for learning above and beyond what
students at other schools in the same major will ever
learn. Time and time again, MSOE students blow away
other students academically at regional and national competitions. However,
this comes at a cost. The school is VERY
difficult and extremely demanding of your time. Additionally, it
is true what others have posted here. There are
very few women, and to say the social life is
terrible is an understatement. It's like a boot camp
for engineers. If you want an excellent education and
virtual guarantee of a job post graduation, MSOE is for
you. If you want to grow as a person
and are a “social butterfly,” do not look twice at
this school, you will suffocate!
