I've
had a good experience at this college. It's close
to home and cheap and it's quality education.
Barstow is a really small town and there's nothing to
do here...not a lot of opportunities. That's sad and
all, but BCC does its best. There are a
few clubs on campus and some arty events...plays, musicals, concerts,
student art shows, etc. There's Basketball and Baseball.
However,
I have found the majority of the teachers to be
really great. Yes, there are some that really suck
but you'll find that anywhere. Some of my friends
have nightmare stories to tell about some of their professors
at major universities!
What I do appreciate is that because
it's so small, I never feel like a number.
My teachers have been real helpful and know me by
name.
And because it's so small, I can talk
to a lot of other students so I know what
teachers to take and which ones NOT to.
BCC is
a good place to go.
