If you need to get started with your education and didn't do well enough in high school to go straight to a university then definitely go here.  You can get your general education out of the way.  and if you want get your AA.  It's not a bad school at all.  There isn't really a student life but then again I don't really care about a student life.  I don't need to make friends here, with work and school I don't have time to hang out with people.  If you want the college life with parties and hanging out, then From my experience it wont be the school for you.  All of my teachers were really nice people and good teachers.  I had an issue with the way my art history teacher, Ms.Goux, and the way she taught, she is from France and has a pretty heavy accent so it took time to understand her,its not all her fault though, the class was from 1:00 to 3:50....  way to long for all that information and a monotone teacher.  And it only met once a week so if she missed at all then we were behind on our curriculum.  It was not an easy class.  And the finals sucked, they were so long and towards the end I just got tired and wanted it to be over.  But my Math teacher, Tim Cobler, was awesome.  He was young and has a weird sense of humor, big dork, but for some reason he is the only math teacher that has made me understand.  I barely graduated from high school because of math, and with him as my teacher I passed with an A!!!  One bad thing is if a teacher cant make it to class, then you often wont find out until you get to the classroom and there's a note on the door, sucks if you drove a ways to get there, but what can you do?  Anyway, there are good teachers here.  its worth it if you want to get your AA and a general ed out of the way!!!
