I withdrew from Keiser University(Kendall campus)this week after I finished my general courses. I was in the Radiology Tech. I wanted to start a new career and I saw this school as an viable option. I went to this school because it is very close to my work/home and offered what I was looking for and offered evening courses but it was not worth it. I saw many problems there. The first is the obscene and EXTREMELY high tuition costs that seem to be going up every few months. They are very money hungry and are constantly after you regarding anything student loan related. The high tuition did not justify the education being taught there. I felt like I was getting a high school education not a college one. The teachers were super nice and helpful but it was obvious they are pressured by administration to pass all students so it made me question what kind of education is this? The classes were mostly easy, not challenging and the teachers did almost everything expect give out test answers so you can pass. C'mon they give lazy students a million opportunities to pass a class and they still fail! No legit college will give these type of students any type of opportunity! Now about the students, the majority were ignorant, clueless, arrogant kids who behaved like spoiled brats when they didn't get their way. They acted like high school freshmen not college students. I questioned how they got into this school in the first and some barely spoke or read English! My biggest worry was graduating later on and finding out this school was a joke among the field I was going into and not get a job but having to pay a $40,000+ student loan. Based on what I saw, Keiser is one of those diploma factories and a super expensive one too!!!
