Look,
if you want to go to a party school, go
to UCSB or SDSU. Sonoma isn't for you. But no
one makes it a secret that SSU isn't a party
school. All these people are posting reviews at how disappointed
they are with the social life...who did you talk to
that gave you the idea that this place is hoppin'?
Sonoma is an amazing school. The professors and students are
friendly and extremely helpful, and even the faculty/staff are very
helpful if you treat them with respect. They do everything
they can to get you out within four years (in
a good way).
No, Rohnert Park isn't the greatest city
in the world, but if you just sit in your
dorm all the time and wait for someone to come
entertain you, you'll hate just about any school. Go out
and find something to do. Santa Rosa and Petaluma are
lots of fun, and it's not like San Francisco is
really all that far away.
