Its
probably correct that the guy's English was incorrect perhaps as
you say its probably because he is Mexican, that just
shows completely that you are not racist, and educated, since
only an educated person would say that. You are
probably one of the administrators that claim to be educated
but you are absolutely a hypocrite, you say pissed of,
its pissed off, you can't even spell yourself, it just
shows you that the quality of program at ULV, also
known as University of LoserVille is very low, your school
is well known to be a third tier low level
school that nobody knows about, the only well known statistics
in your school is the low quality of education, students,
and faculty, University of LoserVille is also famous for racism
and mistreatment of the minorities, perhaps the faculty members, administrators,
and the people in charge of the school was a
product of the racist era that arised from the 50's,
60's 70's and so on, they try to carry the
tradition, and they succeded but costing the school to lose
quality in terms of students and prestige, everybody knows that
University of LoserVille is full of racism that is why
hardly anybody wants to attend here.
