So do you get bored on campus sometimes? Do you see the same faces everyday? Like is it a small school? |
Major: Business - Management and Administration (This Major's Salary over time)
Watch youniversitytv.com video on JSU- it?s a good overview of the school.I?m a junior business major from Metro Atlanta, and I love it here! I can be on campus from home in an hour and a half, same drive as to Athens without the Metro traffic. This is a really easy drive. I didn?t know until I watch the video that Princeton Review ranks the JSU Business School as #2 nationally for business opportunities for women! Hard to describe the feeling here. In some ways, feels like a large school because of all the activities & opportunities. But friendly & homey enough to have that small school feel. They are known as ?The Friendliest Campus in the South? and you can believe that! I visited every school in Georgia, and nothing came close to this. It is my home, and I am actually considering trying to get a job close to here or even with JSU upon graduation. So many things here are superb- the band, the people, the professors. Even staff in the dining halls are so nice! The campus is undergoing some major renovations, which helps overall aesthetics. When you are looking at a college, don?t be swayed by fancy new buildings- look beyond that. I almost went to Georgia Southern because of that. While I may have also been happy at Southern, I am so glad I chose JSU! I will probably get an on-campus job this coming year- jobs & financial aid are available if you need them. I can?t imagine being anywhere else now.
