OCC is a decent college that is cheap and gets the job done.  The campus is nice and Toms River is full of stores to shop at.  The teachers are about 50-50 with the amount of great teachers to bad ones.  Most of the time, teachers and students will help you if needed and most people are very friendly.  If you are trying not to rack up a huge bill for college, OCC is just fine.
