Hi, am transferring to dyc from a different nursing school and I need someone to talk to if is ok can we txt or email. I have alot of questions and it will be of great help if I can speak to someone in the program. |
Hi, I'm also considering to transfer to dyc and it will help to speak to someone who's in the program already. |
Hi, i am also transferring to Dyc with 60 plus nursing prerequisites but they are saying it will take me 7 semesters to graduate so i am kinda frustrated and looking for someone who is been transferred as a junior to talk with. |

Major: Nursing (This Major's Salary over time)
I transferred to DYC as a junior into their nursing program. It was one of the best decisions I ever made even though there are some things I wish I could change about my program. I wish I could graduate earlier, but the clinical schedule does not allow that to happen. The campus is small, but with it being located in the city there is so much to do! Because it is a small school, professors are able to help us individually to achieve the necessary skills, and I never feel uncomfortable asking for help if I need it. Plus, we are planning a trip to a third world country where we can utilize our skills and make a difference. I made so many friends and I know I will always stay in touch with them. Your experience at DYC is going to be what you make it. I think that I made the right choice to commute and live off campus; the dorms kind of suck and the apartments are super strict.
