Major: Nursing (This Major's Salary over time)
decided on a nursing career right before turning 30, hated my job at the time and saw no future in. I made a massive change in my life, took out a ridiculous amount of loans, and made other personal sacrifices in order to attend a professional, respected nursing program.

I should have done more research.

LICHSON is a dump, in terms of the staff in the office and the coursework provided and the facilities themselves.

With a few exceptions, the staff in the office is very combative and unprofessional (and I am comparing them to my previous experince at CUNY!).

Some of the professors are kind and I believe they genuinely want to see their students succeed, but they are not actual trained educators. Class consists of sitting in a dank classroom, which reeks of mold, and listening to them read powerpoint presentations which they have copied from the textbook. Most f the students are dejected and want to leave as soon as possible; low morale.

the facilities are a joke, the classroom (that's right, there is only ONE classroom) is in an old old building which leaks, has pigeons nests in used closets, and ceiling tiles dropping on to the floor in the middle of exams.

I expected much more from anyone who calls them self an educator. And from any university calling itself a university. Truly disappointing.

Only one more year to go.
