Major: Accounting (This Major's Salary over time)
FIU was an excellent choice to upgrade my education level and the Masters Degree was the primary reason I was offered the position I now currently hold. FIU is a dynamic University in a Dynamic location (Miami, FL). As with most young Universities FIU is in the progress of changing from a 'commuter school' to a Research University, (currently a Research I institution according to Carnegie), one of 5 in the state of Florida.FIU has recently added a Law School and is discussing a future Medical School. It is also adding D-1AA football. Courses here are tough, as they should be. The incoming freshamn's average SAT is now up to 1220. It has been a great experience for me.
