Major: Education (This Major's Salary over time)
Going to PCC could be compared to eating your vegetables. I, like many others who have posted comments, struggled with the rules and atmosphere at times. But I am very glad that I stuck it out. I am well-prepared in my field (Education); I am extremely thankful for the quality education I received now, even though it was difficult. Had I gone to a different school, I might not have had the opportunities for character growth and development that I faced here. I will always live under someone's authority—there is no escaping that. Spending four short years under a heavier hand did not "break my spirit"; in fact, I feel I am a stronger person. I have learned and grown and stretched myself in ways I did not think possible. If you want excellence, don't follow the path of least resistance.
