NOC
stands for No Other Choice. The admission staff is very
unfriendly and the guidance counselors refuse to guide you. They
expect you to enrol yourself and hopefully take the right
classes. This school is a waste of time. I only
went there cause it doesnt hardly cost anything. Instead, I
had a horrible frieshman year. I only met druggies and
high school drop outs with who all had 12 kids
on welfare and on their 3rd marriage. Its a bad
enviorment! Have a real college experience...go to osu!
