Engineering rests not only on reason, but also creativity. Creativity is very individualistic, demands a high level of self-trust, and can easily be damaged by a foolish professor. Choose your professors wisely. Force professors to talk "english." If the professor is talking garbage (they often do…bad day…arrogance), don't be afraid to tell them. Stand up for yourself.
