UNI advertised this "Just Right" idea when I was looking at colleges. The idea was they were big enough to offer all kinds of opportunities but small enough to still care about you as a person. However, this is completely untrue. They are small enough to have very few opportunities and just big enough to not care about you at all. Most of my professors seem like second rate professors who are just here for the paycheck. The exception being those in the Actuarial Science area, they are top notch, the best. I would say don't go to UNI unless you want to become a teacher.
