AMU dropped DETC accreditation because they where going to get kicked out for bad business practice (aka ripping off students) - that's how it looked anyway. Your wife must have been applying for a FED GOV job - otherwise AMU degree = worthless |
You said: I often wonder is the "bad experience" is just a bad attitude. legit reviewers don't "often" wonder. School staff does. |
I agree with the other commenter. I "often" think that making fake reviews smacks of desperation. |
To the comments above:Dropping DETC Accreditation makes sense when you have Regional Accreditation which is more difficult to obtain and is more recognized over national accreditation. As far as a fake review, I don't believe this is fake review, just someone who has attended offering their two cents. AMU Degree Worthless? Any facts to support your claims or just another troll on the boards? |

I'm sorry that there are folks out there who have had other than great service. I have been very pleased. The instructors are responsive, polite and help completely; you just have to ask. My wife has gotten her Masters from APUS, and despite what anyone can say, she is getting paid the same as someone coming from a traditional school with the same degree; so the validity of most of the statements regarding the credibility of a degree, is shot! I often wonder is the "bad experience" is just a bad attitude.
