I came to Notre Dame expecting to be a straight-A student like I was in high school. Considering my extremely high test scores and stick-to-it attitude, there was no reason to think otherwise. This was not the case. Be warned - Notre Dame is difficult. Very difficult. You are not competing against the same breed of student as in high school. All of these kids are smart, all hardworking, and all striving to do better than you. Despite the difficulty, Notre Dame is simply the most amazing place I ever experienced in my life. The very same students you will be competing so valiantly against will become your closest friends. These kids are bright and approachable; they will be the source for the majority of your education. Learn from one another, enjoy each other's company and Notre Dame will transform you into someone you never believed you could be. AND OUR HEARTS FOREVER, LOVE THEE NOTRE DAME.
