Anna Maria College does not care about you as a student. The only thing they care about is making sure they get your money to continue to "grow" into their Vision 2012 school so they can stay open. They recruit high school students for sports when AMC is one of the worst schools in D3 college sports. The school is VERY small so theres no room to grow and meet new people. The students here are cliquey just like high school but worse and once they get their "best friends" it is very hard to talk to anyone else. Theres no on campus apartments so everyone leaves on the weekends to go to real colleges and universities to have some fun. The food is by far the worst food I've ever tasted you will be in their disgusting bathrooms for the first few weeks until your body gets used to the food. The only thing I ate all year was bagels and cereal only when milk was available and the cereal wasn't stale. The dining hall is only open for a few hours a day which is hard with conflicting schedules with classes. When it comes to safety, the public safety officers do nothing to keep you safe. They do not patrol campus at all or ever come into the residence halls unless they are called, they just sit in their office with each other until they go home. There are no parties but yet kids somehow have fun getting completely drunk and puking in all the hallways, bathrooms, showers, water fountains, and sidewalks. Waking up to go to the bathroom on a Friday morning is gross when you find puke everywhere. The girls here think they're beautiful for some reason and every guy that goes here is a huge jock, or at least thinks they are. The education is a complete joke you will get straight A's and make Deans List and you don't even have to show up for class. I advise you to take your 40 thousand dollars and spend it elsewhere because Anna Maria College is not worth it.
