Major: Public Health (This Major's Salary over time)
There are 16,000 undergraduates at BU. People are going to come to BU and realize that it was not the right choice. The ones that are not happy with their experience are more inclined to go vent on college review websites. Some of what is being written on this site about BU are true. BU is greedy? Tuition keeps going up year after year. No school spirit? Attendance to D1 games (except hockey) can be virtually non-existent. People here are stuck-up? Yes, with a school of 16,000…let me emphasize this again, 16,000…undergraduates, some WILL be snooty. Going into my junior year and having experienced it all at this school, here's the honest truth about BU: You are being prepared for the real world. I can't even list all of the opportunities that BU provides students because there are so many. Career development, undergraduate research, heck, BU have its own massive study abroad and internship program in twenty different countries. What BU is doing is providing the tools to advance your career and unfortunately there are people that never bother taking advantage of them. I keep emphasizing 16,000 because reviews on this site claim all the students are stuck-up and not friendly, which is absolutely not true because such a large student population brings so much diversity. For every person here that is arrogant, there are a dozen more that are kind, open-minded, and well-rounded. There are so many students and so many opportunities at BU and in Boston. If you don't want to be prepared for the real world and would rather live in some campus bubble cut off from reality, do not come here! With an acceptance rate of 32% that keeps dwindling year after year, there is a reason why so many want to come here: the city, the experience, and employers love BU grads.

responseCan I ask what your major is? If you haven't noticed, the majority of people in smg are having a great time where as people who are doing the sciences aren't. And honestly, let's not forget to mention that the weather sucks 6 out of the 8 months you stay here per year, and that you have to walk 500 miles through that shit to get to class. You'd have to be a nutcase to come here if it you didn't get some sort of financial aid.
Also the professors seem unprofessional and unprepared most of the time. They lack social skills and personability. I had one literally say, on the first day of class, that "i have a problem with just coming up here and talking for 50 minutes." What I was hearing is that 'I don't have a lesson plan so I'll just make the class do the "teaching,"' which is what he did. Great preparation, and it's only the tip of the iceberg.
commentThe reason the tuition goes up every year is because: #1 People open windows with the A/C or Heat on.Is that a waste of BU's money?
YES it is. Does BU get their utilities for nothing? NO they don't.

# 2 You students are very distructive. You think because you pay tuition .that you pay for it. Well you don't. You own nothing. Your name isn't on the Purchase Orders.

Paying tuition doesn't give students the license to destroy other people's property. If you do serious damage to the property, your parents pay for it in the end.
In all my years working at BU I have never seen such distructive and filthy students. You trash the bathrooms which the Faculty and Staff also have to utilize.
You trash the grounds and your place of residence. students are good at two things:

Complaining and destroying property.

Before you start putting the administation down, you should take a good hard look at yourselves. You'll see you're not perfect either.

First of all this is STUDENT review. Glad to know faculty monitors these sites. Second of all, some people are dumb enough to pay 55 thousand dollars to come hear and some people turned down other universities because they thought this place was at least somewhere close to perfect. With the grades to go pretty much anywhere else and the money students are investing, they should get perfection or something close to it. You better be good at what you do. You better be able to carry out a conversation with a student. And you better know how to explain a concept in way that is understandable. We have every right to be judgmental.

And are you sure it's mainly the students that destroy the property around here? I mean it couldn't possibly be the fact that the entire state of Massachusetts, the homeless and insane included, frequent the campus, steal our bikes, etc. Some are even our age and look like us, are you sure you're not mixing us up?

responseBU university is a good place. I love studying here five nights at freddy%u2019s
commentIt is my dream of completing the master's in marketing from Boston University which is going to be fulfilled next year. I have already started planning a lot of things which I would do while studying at this university. First of all, I have devised a 1200 calorie paleo meal plan which I would follow to stay healthy and fit. It is so necessary for a student of this institute to stay mentally and physically fit because of the excessive competition which he would face.
This data regarding Boston University is very informative. Universities are one of the most important in student's lives. If we are not educated properly then we can't recognize and improve our skills. Universities allow students to interact with other students socially, academically, and emotionally. best cbd gummies
commentThe moment you start looking for crew cabs for sale, you get a knot-like feeling, from your throat down to your stomach. It’s the feeling of fear and anxiety all at the same time. It can be difficult to set your mind on a thing and look for opportunities to make it happen. This is where these guys can help you.
commentOne of the best places that offer oil change Dublin alone is hard to find. Especially a place that will let you change only the oil and doesn’t add other services to make it really profitable for them ( garages ). It was very much difficult for me, and I at least want to help some of you guys with the headache of finding a decent place.
