Great post full of useful tips! My site is fairly new and I am also having a hard time getting my readers to leave comments. Analytics shows they are coming to the site but I have a feeling “nobody wants to be first”.read more |

It's way overpriced for the overall attitude you encounter with faculty and students. Full-time faculty are pretentious, and rushed. Part-time faculty are much nicer. Students are very stuck up. Surrounding city is in shambles. No one here speaks about their community, or how to improve it. Everyone acts very self absorbed. It's very competitive, people are out for themselves and not really about learning together, growing together, and supporting each other. Faculty seems to encourage competitive behavior, which creates a sort of stressful negativity throughout the school. Many people just seem out of touch with being kind and showing warmth. The school throws a ton of work at you, you will have no life for at least 5 years. Many students take adderall to get their work done. And people gossip about each other a lot, creating cliques similar to highschool. The teachers don't care, they ignore it. Seldom do people actually graduate on time (within the 4 years). Cafeteria food is expensive, and school supplies run at least $200-$500 a semester, on top of the $35,000 yearly tuition.
