I
enjoyed my education at Grand Valley. For those who
complain about night life, they should consider that GVSU is
protecting their investment by preventing extreme partying on campus.
That being said, it's not hard finding a quaint pub
or a loud club in Grand Rapids.
As
for the actual education, that no university should be able
to grant excessive numbers of liberal arts and education degrees,
because their simply aren't enough jobs in those fields to
guarantee a return on investment. Stick with the medical science
and engineering fields. That's my advice. Specialize.
Research your chosen field's employment outlook. Make a smart
investment, because being a smart student is just not enough.
