Northwest
has a beautiful campus and several very bright professors. The
music department is much bigger than I thought it would
be when I first came, and it is actually very
good (my piano professor studied in Vienna for a few
years!). The physics department is not very big at all;
in fact, its kept alive by the high school on
campus. Northwest is a secondary education school (as some schools
forte's are chemistry or English). There is an on-campus, private
elementary school for the many, many secondary education majors. The
high school is an accelerated program, so if you go
here, the curve in your class will probably be set
by people three years younger than you.
