Major: Economics (This Major's Salary over time)
I transferred to Washington University in St. Louis from an art school (unnamed because the school was great- I just didn't want to be an artist), and I've never regretted it. One of the only problems is the obscene price tag on everything from food to housing, which is why so many move off campus when they can. I'm an economics major, and I feel like the teachers are great, and there's not too much competition for getting into the upper level classes. Many people are pre-med, though quite a few give up and go into other majors because it's so difficult and competitive. My friends in the business school seem to be the most relaxed, and have the least work to do. Extracurriculars are awesome, and almost everyone is heavily involved in at least one activity. The school and the various clubs invite many speakers to the campus, and there's always something to do. The party life is great, but everyone's a hard worker as well. I really love it here.
