Major: Other (This Major's Salary over time)
I am a Film major at Keene State, and I am a second-semester Freshman. Overall, my experience at KSC has been mixed. Sometimes I feel as if I am the only person here who doesn't want to go out every weekend and party. People here can be pretty hardcore about partying. I see a lot of people go out Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night (and a good amount on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday as well). I like to have fun, just not every weekend. So far, I've been able to keep myself amused. If you look, you will find people who have things in common with you, and I've been able to find my own little niche. As far as academics go, I thought high school was harder than this! While the courses aren't completely pointless (I'm still learning things), they aren't really difficult either. The campus is beautiful by the way, and a lot of the buildings are new and there are more in the works right now (new dining commons is almost done and new dorms are going to be built after that). I think KSC is worth the money if you aren't a genius and want a good education. You get what you put into it here.
