Seton Hall is a good business and diplomacy school, if you are looking to just focus on your studies and nothing else then I guess Seton Hall is the school for you…Besides that, unless you dont belong to a fraternity or sorority expect campus life to be boring!!! the city is sort of far, there is zero school spirit, everything gets lost in the admissions office (you have baby them and make sure you're on top of your stuff) and some professors just don't care…you have make sure you talk to upperclassmen to advice you on who you should pick for next semester. The food is okay, although expect the samething for 4 years…sometimes they surprise you with international meals…campus ministry is good, you can do a lot of volunteer service if you like. One good and bad thing are the residence halls…they are pretty nice and they fix everything for you…expect they are very strict with their policies…it is a Catholic school! So make sure you do as you are told or else you will face some large fees and some ridiculous mentoring about keeping the school safe due to your incense candle you forgot to put away before inspection… There are a lot of clicks here, some people can be closeminded or very ignorrant. Another thing…seton hall is a commuter school, so expect nothing over the weekends…if you wanna go to a big spirited school apply somewhere else or else you will be very very bored. I'm transferring after this semester, but not because I think its a horrible school, I'm leaving seton hall for personal reasons…so make sure you make the right decision!
