This school is lame. I am an out of state student and was attracted by the school's proximity to New York City. The school seemed attractive on paper but is a complete dud socially and the amount of money we pay for an average education is definitely not worth the cost. The majority of the students are arrogant and unless you are involved in Greek life, which is completely stupid, you are stuck on campus because there is nothing to do in South Orange and you should never have any reason to go into Newark. The whole selling pitch that it is only 20 minutes from the city is not worth it. Most people are from Jersey and rarely go into the city and when they do they don't know what to do for fun there. I am staying here because many of my credits won't transfer to other schools. If anybody really wishes to be close to New York just go to school there and not Seton Hall.
